2013 National Farm Viability Conference
September 25-27th, 2013
The Vermont Farm Viability Program hosted the second-ever two-day gathering in Middlebury, Vermont, for service and capital providers working to improve the viability of farms and food businesses. The National Farm Viability Conference was geared towards professionals in the fields of farm business planning, farm financial planning, agricultural financing, farmland conservation, agricultural market development, and food hub management. Over 200 professionals from across the country attended for 2 days of networking with and learning from colleagues in their field, developing new knowledge and skills, and visiting farms and value-added processing facilities.
